Geographic Scope and Product Topic
This refund policy applies to dietary supplement products sold from Ireland to customers in Ireland and the EU. Our products are food supplements, not medicines. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with EU Consumer Rights and Irish law.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
How to Withdraw
Inform us of your decision by clear statement (email to support@slozarinaodhul.world). You may use a model withdrawal form or any other clear statement.
Effects of Withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed.
Refund Method
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
